Agon Studios is a verified quest engine platform that connects users ("Participants", "Players") with businesses ("Quest Creators", "Clients") who create quests. Participants complete quests (game missions, product actions, AI training tasks) and earn rewards upon verified completion. Businesses only pay for validated, human actions.
3.1. To participate in quests, you must create an account with accurate and complete information.
3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.3. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3.4. One account per person. Multiple accounts are prohibited and may result in account termination.
3.5. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform, or have parental consent if under 18.
4.1. Participants must follow all quest instructions accurately and honestly.
4.2. All quest completions are subject to verification. We reserve the right to reject submissions that do not meet requirements.
4.3. Fake, fraudulent, or misleading submissions will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of rewards.
4.4. Only one approved completion per quest per person, unless otherwise stated.
4.5. Quest slots are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
4.6. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel quests at any time.
5.1. Rewards are distributed only after successful verification of quest completion.
5.2. Review times vary by quest type, typically 2-5 business days.
5.3. Rewards may be in the form of points, cash, vouchers, tokens, or other forms as specified.
5.4. We reserve the right to withhold or cancel rewards for violations of these terms.
5.5. For cash rewards, payment will be processed via the method specified in the quest details.
5.6. Taxes on rewards are the responsibility of the recipient.
6.1. Businesses must provide accurate quest descriptions, requirements, and reward information.
6.2. Quest Creators are responsible for reviewing and approving submissions according to their stated criteria.
6.3. Businesses must honor all stated rewards for approved completions.
6.4. We reserve the right to reject or remove quests that violate our policies or applicable laws.
6.5. Quest Creators must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding user data and engagement.
7.1. All quest completions undergo verification to ensure authenticity and quality.
7.2. We use various methods including manual review, automated checks, and data validation.
7.3. Fraudulent activity, including but not limited to fake submissions, bot usage, or manipulation, is strictly prohibited.
7.4. Violations may result in immediate account termination, legal action, and forfeiture of all rewards.
8.1. The Platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Agon Studios and protected by intellectual property laws.
8.2. Quest content and materials are owned by their respective Quest Creators.
8.3. Submissions and content you provide remain your property, but you grant us a license to use them for Platform operations.
8.4. You may not copy, modify, or distribute Platform content without permission.

Agon Studios is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost rewards, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
11.1. We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms.
11.2. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
11.3. Upon termination, you forfeit any pending rewards and access to the Platform.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or Platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts.
